Hard CAP-100™ and Hard CAP-100 Fast™

HARD CAP-100™ is a durable high-build coating for interior or exterior applications when excellent color stability and gloss retention is required.

It provides a flexible, resilient, tough, seamless membrane with good water and chemical resistance. The product’s extended tack time allows for deep-surface penetration as well as a smooth uniform finish and high-temperature stability.

HARD CAP-100™ can be applied by several methods that include heated plural spray, inline static mix spray, external static mix pour or brushed. Adhesion enhancing mixture adds for additional adhesion to inorganic surfaces such as glass, ferrous metals, concrete, etc. In small portions, it can be applied with a brush or trowel.

It’s 100% solids with no solvents or VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds) and is compliant with USDA requirements for incidental food contact.

HARD CAP-100 FAST™ is an aliphatic polyurea and must be applied with high pressure heated equipment. It sets fast and has a higher elongation value.

Recommended uses for HARD CAP-100™ are:

Coating for floors, walls, ceilings etc in food and beverage processing facilities
Institutional applications such as clean rooms, hospitals, etc. where an easily cleanable seamless surface is required
Fountains, reflection pools and aquariums
