Thermo-Bond 100™

THERMO-BOND 100™ is an economical pure polyurea thermoplastic elastomer that forms a seamless membrane and can be applied in temperature, even below freezing.

It’s designed for processing through medium pressure, heated, plural proportioning equipment.

The aromatric polymer has high-temperature stability and is autocatalytic with extended shelf life. It’s 100% solids with no solvents or VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds). It can be sprayed to any thickness in one application. Its quick gel time allows a return to service in hours, not days.

The product gives a long-lasting, high-gloss finish that provides weatherability, and is water and fire resistant to a variety of surfaces. It can also be use as a top coat over aromartic bedliners.
