CAP-100 (Clear Aliphatic Polyurea)

CAP-100TM is the first clear aliphatic polyurea SPI brought to market after customers requested a clear polyurea was need.

CAP-100TM provides long elongation, resilient, tough, elastomer membrane with water resistance. It is formulated with adhesion enhancement chemicals to create a covalent bond to silica-based materials such as glass.

One of the main applications of CAP-100TM is spraying over glass windows. It has the ability to be applied over glass and allow UV light to pass through.

It has a gel time of 7 seconds or less and cures in 24 hours.

CPA-100TM is 100% solids with no solvents or VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds).

  • Increase vandalism protection
  • Minimize impact damage
  • Blast attenuation
