K5™ (Abrasion Resistant Spray Applied Elastomer)

Originally developed as an abrasion-resistance polymer, K5TM was discovered to be exceptionally resistant to abrasion, compared to other spray-applied coatings.

This ultrahigh-strength, high-elongation polyurea can be sprayed onto virtually any surface configuration and to any thickness. It is excellent for interior and exterior applications, and sets fast.

K-5TM is self-priming on most substrates, contains impact-absorbing properties and has low-temperature flexibility. It's lightweight, but has sound-dampening noise control properties.

The product can be used with or without broadcast aggregate to provide a tough durable flooring system.

It is 100% solids with no solvents or VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds).

K5TM is compliant with USDA/FDA requirements for incidental food contact.
