Job Description: Coat and seal 10,000 sq. ft. of sheet rock on walls and ceilings, as well as wood, steel beams and concrete stairs. Also, wrap POLYSHIELD SS-100® around doors, door jambs and stairwells.

This product was used instead of FRP panels because it is seamless, which is important for sanitation purposes. This application also had the benefit of being less labor intensive.

The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, is said to be very pleased with the application and the product.

Follow-up Inspection: December 1998. Holding up well. The white yellowed fast but was not a concern to the owners who love the product and the application.

Other Coatings Evaluated for Project: Fiberglass reinforced plastic panels.
