Job Description: 60-80 mils of POLYSHIELD HT™ with AE-4 High Pigment Terracotta was applied over substrata with a 3 mil anchor profile surface preparation. The POLYSHIELD HT™ with AE-4 High Pigment Terracotta was chosen to be applied without the use of a primer due to its ability to exceed 1750 PSI in a pull-off test.

Testimonial: The DOE project manager, John Hall, writes that "We are very satisfied that the POLYSHIELD HT product is meeting our project's intended use." He also states that the "SPI product has been successfully patched in the field by our project personnel using SPI patch kit materials."

Follow-up Inspection: One year inspection done by John Hall. The material has proven durable over a complete weather cycle in Southwest Ohio under an aggressive inspection and repair program.

Other Coatings Evaluated for Project: POLYSHIELD HT® outperformed spray polyureas and polyurea hybrids from other manufacturers.
